Lolla is one of the OGs in the Singaporean dining scene, having been around since 2012. The Ann Siang institution focuses on small plates, all with Mediterranean DNA, prepared by Chef Joanne Siy, who has worked at some of the world’s most renowned restaurants: think Noma, Fäviken, and the like.
