Bugis is home to lots of ramen places, but they are not quite like Mashi No Mashi, a famous chain with a unique Ultra Wagyu Ramen ($22++). This eatery replaces pork bones that are usually used to make ramen broth with Wagyu beef bones, thereby creating a beef-flavoured “tonkotsu” broth with a distinct meaty aroma.
