All the egg dishes at Tamag0-EN are made with fresh eggs, directly imported from Okinawa in Japan. These eggs are produced by chickens fed on a nutritious diet of corn, seaweed and yomogi, AKA mugwort, and are prized for their golden-orange yolks and fluffy whites when cooked. They’re UV-sanitised, and so fresh that you can eat them raw! Go for any of the souffle pancakes, or tamago kake gohan on the menu here, where the egg whites are whipped into fuwa fuwa (fluffy) clouds and served on a bed of hot Japanese rice, topped with a single raw yolk.
